We offer various safari activities including morning or evening game drives, full day trips to Kruger National Park, walking safaris and dinners in the bush.
The duration of the tour varies for each different activity. Morning/Evening game drives, as well as bush walks, typically last between three to three and a half hours. Game drives with dinner in the bush are around four hours. Full day Kruger trips are generally twelve hours.
Working in a reserve that is open with Kruger park means the animals can move freely as they please. There is never a guarantee to see specific animals as this is not a zoo and it is totally and completely wild. However, is possible to encounter a variety of different animals including elephants, lions, leopards, giraffe, zebras and many species of birds.
Essential items include sunblock, hats and sunglasses, jackets (evening and early morning temperatures can drop drastically, even on hot days), and cameras.
Yes, our tours are conducted by experienced guides who prioritize safety and follow strict protocols to ensure a secure experience.
There is no mimimum age, and children are always welcome! However, if a child is under the age of 5, a private vehicle will need to be booked for your party.
Refund and Cancellation Policy for Safari and Other Activities
At Wild Wonder Safari & Tours, we understand that plans can change. We are committed to providing clear guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds. Please review our terms below:
1. Refund Policy
Wild Wonder Safari & Tours reserves the right to issue refunds to clients based on the following conditions:
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the activity date: Full Refund
• Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the activity date: 75% Refund
• Cancellations made between 4 and 14 days before the activity date: 50% Refund
• Cancellations made within 4 days of the activity date: No Refund
2. Important Notes:
• Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through the booking platform.
• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment, and it may take up to 14 business days for funds to appear in your account.
• In the case of extreme circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, travel restrictions), we encourage you to reach out to us for consideration of a flexible solution.
